Location: Kyneton, Victoria KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor a team in a high-volume cold storage environment Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Execute and oversee loadout processes Maintain readiness for Tier 2 audits Ensure compliance with meat safety and food handling regulations Operate and oversee use of forklifts, and other loadout equipment Ensure team is trained, licensed, and capable of using all required equipment coordinate inventory management, product flow, and loadout scheduling. ABOUT YOU Efficient, organised and a high standard of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work well under pressure and ability to work in a busy environment Ability to meet deadlines Friendly disposition and professional presentation A team player willing to assist others in times of increased workload Fit and capable of manual handling up to 25kg. Professionalism that ensures confidentiality and discretion in the work environment Pre-employment medical check including Drug & Alcohol testing and a Police check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
